Isolators / Safety Switches
Isolators / safety switches are used to disconnect the power from devices for safety or maintenance purposes. We can offer separate isolators in their own enclosures, isolators as part of larger control panels or close-coupled to an enclosure. All combinations are available certified for installation in a Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21 or Zone 22 hazardous area.
Isolators / Safety Switches
- ATEX-certified for gases and dusts
- Available in either GRP or stainless steel
- Ex de IIC T4-T5 : suitable for most gas groups and temperature classes
- 2-, 3- or 4-pole configurations
- Available in current ratings from 20A to 63A
Using our extensive range of enclosures we can also provide custom solutions
- An integral isolator on the door of a control panel
- In a separate chamber of a coupled system : allowing the main chamber to be opened when isolated
